1. The practice
This website is operated by Dr Hanlie Lottering Inc, located at 644 Beagle Road, Garsfontein, Pretoria East.
2. Booking an appointment
Contact reception on 087 802 6873 or email [email protected] .
An appointment is booked once confirmed by reception. Sending an enquiry does not reserve an appointment. Please mention the type of consultation you require so that an appropriate appointment can be arranged.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Notify reception by telephone or email. If cancelling by email, include your name and appointment date and time, and request acknowledgement.
If an unexpected event prevents you from attending, contact reception as soon as possible.
Any applicable cancellation or non-attendance charge must be communicated before booking. This page does not introduce a cancellation or no-show fee.
4. Arrival and appointment duration
Please allow time for any registration requirements. If you are running late, contact reception. Depending on availability and the time needed for your consultation, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
5. Fees and payment
Confirm the consultation fee and payment arrangements with reception before your appointment. Investigations, medication, procedures or additional services may have separate charges.
Medical aid cover depends on your scheme, plan and benefits. Ask reception about billing arrangements and confirm cover with your medical aid where needed.
6. Online bookings and deposits
Online calendar booking is not currently available on this website. Appointments are arranged through reception.
When online booking is introduced, a deposit will be required. The amount, how it is applied to your account, and cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions will be displayed before payment.
Those deposit conditions will apply only once the booking and payment process is available and the conditions have been communicated.
7. Clinical care
Clinical recommendations depend on an individual assessment. A booking does not guarantee a particular prescription, investigation, treatment or outcome. Further assessment or referral may be recommended.
8. Website information and emergencies
Website information is general and does not replace an individual medical consultation.
Email and website enquiries are not emergency services. For a medical emergency, seek immediate assistance from emergency services or the nearest emergency department.
